10' wide up to 16' long sheds        $575.00

12' wide up to 16' long sheds        $675.00

(For buildings longer than 16' up to 28' add $25.00 per foot)

*Shed cannot be taller than 11' from the bottom of the runners to the top of the peak*

  Size, type, & construction of building, as well as, accessibility and site conditions are determining factor

  in shed moving prices. 

​GENERAL PRICING INFORMATION

✓ Pricing includes 1 hour of loading and 1 hour of unloading storage shed, as well as, blocking and leveling of building using existing blocks from shed to be moved.  The price also includes the first 25 miles of travel loaded one way.  Any distance traveled beyond 25 miles will be charged $4.50 per loaded mile.  If extra blocks are needed, $4.50 per block will be charged.

✓  If hourly charges pass 1 hour on either end, contracted price is $75.00 per hour.  This hourly rate covers the labor rate and use of truck and equipment.  (Please note that the majority of shed moves are moved within the 2 hour time period, if the shed site is accessible at both locations).

✓ Add skids in order for shed to be moved, if needed, - $75.00 fee up to 16' long ($125.00 for longer buildings)  (4x4 skids will be removed once shed is in place).

✓ There will be a $75.00 charge if drivers goes out to a job site to move a shed and the customer fails to have shed or site ready for move.  Shed must be empty for move. Must have a clear path to pick up shed and deliver shed to new location. Driver is not responsible to cut trees and remove fences. This can be done for an extra fee.

✓ To remove & replace section of a fence rate is $300.00

✓ To cut limbs rate is $75.00 /hr minimum 1hr

✓ Pricing includes using existing concrete blocks from under the shed.  If additional blocks are needed, customer can provide blocks at new site or purchase blocks from us at $4.50 per block.
